Sheldon day! What a fantastic day it was! We had the weather…and we definitely had the crowds! All proceeds go directly to the village funds from Sheldon day and the fell race and this year over £6000 was raised from both days combined! Amazing!!!

Thankyou to everyone for visiting the village! To the organisers, stall holders, the sponsors, our judges…. We had a great day!

Also… Sheldon tractor run raised £401 for the playing field funds for a new set of swings! 💪🏼 a massive result and hopefully pushes the funds very close to the target!

A little reminder that our flower festival is running for a full week this year. Our theme ‘let’s have fun, let us entertain you’ gave the team real potential to let their minds run wild!

This year one of the displays was sponsored in memory of a lovely lady highlighting her love for days at the Beach… it was a real honour and we thank her family for sponsoring a board.

Imagination ran from fairgrounds, dancing, the circus, picnics, camping, beach days and our very own Sheldon day in flowers.

Cash and card payments accepted. Token system in place for the stalls unable to take card payments.
