SPICE Special People on Ice SPICE Special People on ICE has been teaching children and young adults with additional needs to ice skate since 2002.

Our membership includes children and young adults who have a wide range of additional needs - Autism Spectrum disorder, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy to name a few.
