We’ve launched our new Host an Event Toolkit for Fortnight 2026. From 1-14 July, organisations across the UK will be coming together for Fortnight under this year’s campaign .

We’d love to hear what you are planning for the Fortnight and encourage you to start sharing your involvement on social media.

Our CEO Dr Matthew Vickers will be speaking at the British Hydropower Association Summer Conference and Exhibition next month.

It's the UK's leading one-day event for Run of River and Conventional Hydropower, bringing together the supply chain, developers, and investors to explore the latest technologies and the challenges and opportunities ahead for the sector.

A great opportunity to connect with others working to grow the role of hydropower in the UK's clean energy mix.

There’s now just ONE WEEK left to submit your data for the State of the Sector 2026 report. Submissions close at 11.59pm on Tuesday 26 May.

Every submission helps build a clearer picture of the sector’s impact, challenges and opportunities.

As a thank you, organisations that complete the survey will be automatically entered into a £500 prize draw.

Please take a few minutes to contribute before the deadline and help strengthen the evidence base for community energy.

The survey and the £500 prize draw close on Tuesday 26th May.

Give us your updates on any community projects on renewable electricity generation, renewable heat, sustainable transport and active travel, energy advice or retrofitting and be in with a chance of winning £500 for your community group. We want to hear about projects that are complete and ones you're planning.
