A day of pride, determination, and achievement for ICANL!

Our participants represented ICANL with great passion and sportsmanship at the UUKMA National Sports Meet held at Windley Leisure Centre, Sutton Coldfield.

A special congratulations to our medal winners and to all the participants who showcased remarkable dedication, resilience, and improvement. Every performance reflected the hard work and commitment that went into preparing for this event.

We also extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who came to support and encourage our team throughout the day. Your presence and cheers made a real difference.

Our 15-member team proudly participated in the Track and Field Events organised by UUKMA Yorkshire and Humber Region on Saturday, 23rd May, at Dorothy Hyman Stadium, Barnsley.

Through determination, teamwork, and incredible spirit, our athletes brought home an amazing achievement of 3 Gold, 1 Silver, and 3 Bronze medals. Every race run, every jump taken, and every effort made reflected the passion and dedication of our team.

To all our participants — thank you for inspiring us with your hard work, discipline, and sportsmanship. You represented ICANL with honour and made our entire community proud.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to all the parents for their endless support and encouragement, to the ICANL members for standing behind the team and the UUKMA Regional Committee, and especially to the dedicated coaches and trainers at Curly's Athletes, Scunthorpe, for believing in our young athletes and helping them grow with confidence.

These medals are not just victories in sport — they are symbols of unity, commitment, friendship, and the strength of our community spirit.

Together we celebrated, together we competed, and together we succeeded.

A sincere and heartfelt thank you to Dr. Joji Kuriakose and Dr. Deepa Jacob for passionately sharing their practical wisdom, professional experience, and inspiring insights on lifestyle-related illnesses and fitness planning during the seminar held on Saturday, 9th May, at Old Brumby Hall.
