Funded through the The National Lottery Community Fund and Active Humber, Creating Positive Opportunity and Jaime's-Get Active Stay Active CIC are pleased to share details of the Community Cancer Care Programme which will be delivered in North East Lincolnshire and North Lincolnshire from January 2026.

The programme is aimed at anyone with a cancer diagnosis who may benefit from prehabilitation services prior to treatment/surgery and after treatment/surgery. The sessions will offer movement, dietary advice and mental health support.
