Haskayne Village Hall The HDCA is a registered charity which provides a Village Hall for the local community The Main Hall is 15x10 metres.

Our Village Hall has excellent facilities in lovely surroundings and is available for private hire. Daytime and evening functions can be held at the hall, including Children’s Parties, Weddings, Christenings, etc. We do not have a bar but an occasional licence can be applied for or you can bring your own drinks. There are also two smaller meeting rooms available. There is a fully equipped kitchen

with full facilities. Facilities/Equipment:

We are sorry to share that our recent funding application for the Village Hall renovation was unsuccessful this time around. The grant was massively oversubscribed, meaning the competition was incredibly tough against a huge number of other brilliant community projects. While this is a setback, our commitment to upgrading our vital Village Hall remains completely unchanged. With the brilliant, ongoing support of Helen from Positive Placemakers, we are already researching alternative grant providers and reshaping our strategy for the next round of bids. A massive thank you to everyone who helped support our application which has given us a fantastic foundation, and all the data and feedback we gathered will help us immensely with our next bids! Watch this space!
