​This week, our Tech Buddies are focusing on Everyday Apps. Whether you want to beat the morning phone queues by booking GP appointments on the NHS app or find out how to access local cost-of-living support via the Salford City Council website, we're here to guide you step-by-step.

Volunteer needed.

Hi All, Man Friday Club has been going for just short of 2 years now, we have our core group of people that come every week and this is great, but we need to bring in new people if we are going to help more men. I get some amazing help from Salford Survivor Project and Bridgewater Foundation Salford : Step into Action and this is much appreciated but these 2 charities take a lot to run and i don’t like asking for help.

I'm looking for a volunteer to help me run MFC, you would need to be available some Fridays between 10 and 1, be interested in Men's mental health and wellbeing, be willing to help with Facebook posts and furthering MFC's goals to help as many men as possible with the day to day things that affect men i.e. Loneliness, DV, low self esteem, etc.

If you feel you could help or you know somebody who is suitable, please get in touch and we can have a chat.
