I’ve finally emerged from my Insta reel cave… 🫣

I’ve somehow found myself 4 weeks behind on session recaps so big apologies if you’ve been waiting for yours. I’m really hoping to push through my natural social media barrier and bosh a few out this week so bear with me 🙏🏼

I honestly don’t know where the past 4 weeks have gone since our last summer session, which was our busiest yet! I loved the buzzy energy of so many women and little ones (and bigger ones, who are also welcome!) in the room, singing, playing and interacting with one another 🥰 we also said “bye for now” to one of our amazing mums who was going back to work after mat leave, so we dedicated a song to her 💜

My toddler woke up crying at 4.30am and ended up in my bed, which as we all know doesn’t mean I slept much after that 🫩 (I also went to bed at 2am but we’ll unpick that another day 🙈)

If you’ve also had a rough night and are wondering what on earth to do to get you through this excellent Monday, come sing it out with me and other knackered mums and then let me bring you a hot drink that’s actually hot when you drink it ☕️
