The 2025 Lugari Girls’ Leadership & Mentorship Camp in Kenya empowered 250 adolescent girls from conflict affected and marginalised communities with leadership skills, career guidance, wellness education and hope. Supported by Soroptimist International and Willing Hearts International Society Canada, this 10-day camp is already creating a ripple effect set to reach thousands of lives through peer education, stronger families and community action.

From planting trees and building food security to standing up against gender-based violence, these girls are returning home as leaders, peacebuilders and changemakers.

Our beautiful tree is number 60 in front of the lectern 🧡 with more than 90 trees it looks and smells amazing! drop in anytime between now and 22 December to see them all.

Every three years, the aisles, chancel and vestibule of St Saviour’s Church is packed to bursting with dozens of festooned firs for the ever-popular Christmas Tree Festival.
