🌍 "Miles to Go: The Daily Struggle of a Man on Foot" 🚶‍♂️

Explore the powerful story of resilience and survival in our latest project, which sheds light on the daily journey of a man navigating life on foot. His story is a reminder of the invisible battles faced by many and the strength it takes to keep moving forward.

Read his story and see how you can make a difference by supporting our mission to empower those often overlooked. Together, we can create a more inclusive and empathetic world.

It was wonderful to meet up with Lukas and Daniel so that they could see their photographs on display in the window of Chapter Two Community Bookshop in Chesham.

Both were really excited finally getting to see all of their hard work on display. Daniel was especially excited as there is already someone interested in purchasing one of his photos.

The exhibition will run on Chesham high street until Sunday.

Daniel and Lukas got the first glimpse of their photos in print yesterday at Mission EmployAble. Lukas was so excited that he just ran around wanting to show everyone in the building.

The prints have now been delivered to Chapter Two in Chesham where they will go on display from Thursday.

Special thanks to Rothschild Foundation and The Guild Of Photographers and everyone else who has helped in making this project possible.

Thank you to Colin Corby who is the first to pledge towards our latest crowdfunder helping Daniel and Lukas.

Finding employment as a photographer, with learning difficulties, is going to be challenging. That is why we are working with them to mentor them in what it is like to become a photographer.

Daniel and Lukas both love photography and would like to make it their job. To show their commitment they have both opted to help raise the funds for their training and would like your help.

We are always looking for new ways to work with disadvantaged individuals and the best suggestions come from those who are out in the communities that we support.

If you work for, or volunteer, with an organisation in either Hertfordshire or Buckinghamshire and would like to work with us we would love to hear from you.

I think you all know how much I like a good project so I just wanted to share this from MPB.

Women make up 70% of photography graduates.
But only 15% of pro photographers are women.
And women often earn an average of 40% less than men.
Our 70:15:40 Project UK will support 4 women, trans & non-binary people in visual storytelling in the UK.
If chosen, you'll get to create a photo series or short film, exhibit your work in London and receive £40,000 worth of access to camera equipment, studio space, training and funds.

The exhibition will continue until the 12th April so do pop in and visit if you are in the area.

I am aware that some of you will be unable to attend so I am pleased to announce that the exhibition is now also on our website.
