Following on from last years popular series of films, on Monday 12 January Mike Hatchard presents a piano accompaniment of the silent Buster Keaton film, Balloonatics, along with two Sherlock Holmes shorts at Rye Community Centre, doors open 2.30pm, show starts at 3pm.

If you've never seen a silent film on a large screen (and many haven't) this is the perfect introduction to the genre. The live music makes all the difference, Mike Hatchard has a rare ability to pick up on the mood of the audience and really take it somewhere. The perfect way to spend a Monday afternoon.
