FAMILY FRIENDLY! INSPIRATIONAL! FUN WAY TO LEARN!

We learn better as a family; and these photos show some of the wonderful toys people can borrow free of charge whilst they help each other play, learn and grow together.

:) BEFRIENDERS WANTED :)

Befriending is a chance to give something as a volunteer through your time and commitment. Every befriender has stories of what they get back in return. Befriending involves supporting someone who is isolated.

A visit from a befriender can make all the difference to someone's life. To just sit down over a cuppa and chat about the things that are important to them.

If you would like to know more about our volunteer befriending roles please contact Carol Wilson on 01922 614316.

A volunteer befriender will not be asked to meet any personal care needs

Let’s see how many staff and volunteers can we sign up by the end of June!!

Manor Farm Silver Scheme is calling on everyone to become a telephone Befriender and help change the future of loneliness. Not having someone to talk to regularly can be lonely and isolating, particularly if you're used to sharing your home and time with others. A friendly, weekly, 15 minute chat on the phone can make all the difference.
If you can make at least one call a week to a lonely person
