Ruislip and District Natural History Society The Society brings like minded people together to share in their knowledge of local wildlife New members are always welcomed, regardless of age or knowledge.

The aim of the Ruislip and District Natural History Society is to foster an interest in all aspects of natural history from the local area and beyond. It is one of the oldest natural history societies in the country and has a steady membership of about one hundred. Many of our members are experts in their field and the society provides a great opportunity to meet people with similar interests, sha

ring knowledge, experiences and an enjoyment of the subject.The RDNHS has a recording area of 4 miles around the Ruislip Lido and is keen to attract people who live further afield as well as those from the town. All you need is an interest in natural history. If you are interested in joining the RDNHS please contact us or just come along to one of our meetings or events.
