We meet Thursday’s 1-3pm in Royton, Oldham, Greater Manchester for fun, friendship and support. Springboard is an Oldham based charity, set up for and by people living with dementia and their carers. We meet on a Thursday providing advice, support and leisure activities. These include day trips; musical entertainment; educational talks; tea dances and crafts in a very friendly, safe and relaxed en

vironment. Some of the regular activities each week are facilitated by staff from AgeUk Oldham and once a month we have separate sessions for carers and those living with dementia to get a chance to talk freely and get support. Paul's Parish Centre, Downey House, Church Street, Royton, Oldham, Lancashire, OL2 5JS between 1-3pm.

Here’s our line up for September! We’re starting the month off with a trip out for a meal at Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery and bowling at Tenpin. Then back to Downey House on the 10th for arts fun with Age UK Oldham, the 17th we are having a ‘Back to School’ party with games and finish the month with a very special event, Kinisha as Tina Turner 🎶
