🌻 Secondary school places are out in two weeks! (how did that come around so fast?!)🌻
In two weeks’ time we’ll know which secondary school our daughters will be going to - and this can come with some feelings of apprehension 🙈 as well excitement! ✨ It’s a big deal and girls can use all the support they can get to help them make this important transition, at a time when so much else is changing - bodies, feelings and friendships too.
🌻 Girls Journeying Together groups support year 6 and year 7 girls in establishing healthy friendships, helping them to know when and how to stand up for themselves and when to step away.
🌻 Groups give your daughter the experience of making friends based on accepting each other and being liked for our uniqueness and differences - where she doesn’t have to change anything to fit in. Girls often make long-lasting friendships that support them right through their teen years.
🌻 Together we explore the physical changes that puberty brings, how to deal with spots, greasy hair and periods. We experiment with tools for managing the increased intensity of emotion in adolescence, as well as sharing our hopes, fears and values.
🌻 Girls Journeying Together supports your daughter’s social and emotional blossoming at a pivotal time in her life.
I have two spaces left on my Sunday afternoon group in the Leamington area, and fully funded places are available. I would love to support your daughter in making her transition the best that it can be.
🌻 My FREE Leamington taster session is 2-4pm on Sunday 2nd of March so do get in touch if you would like to gift this support to your daughter…and yourself! 🌻
