What a night at our end of season presentation 💙⚽

Thank you to every single player and parent for the season we’ve had together. Coaching this team in its very first season has been an absolute pleasure and I honestly couldn’t be prouder of the development every single girl has made.

We’ve had plenty of ups and downs along the way, but the girls have faced every hurdle together and kept going. Their resilience, effort and attitude have been incredible, so thank you all for making this season so special.

As I move on to pastures new, and with the possibility that the team may not all stay together, it’s important to remember the friendships that have been made and the memories created. Football is a huge part of all our lives, but the bonds formed along the way matter just as much. I wish every single player the very best as they continue their development in the game we all love.

🏆 Players’ Player – Aurora
From the start of the season until now, Aurora’s confidence and ability have grown massively. The hard work she has put in has been incredible to watch. Fully deserved — well done Aurora!

🏆 Parents’ Player – Ruby Taylor
Ruby came to us low on confidence and has finished the season in such a strong place, with the world at her feet. Taking players on, becoming a real threat going forward and working hard for her teammates out of possession. An amazing season.

🏆 Manager’s Player – Laila
Solid at the back and always there when her teammates have depended on her. An outstanding first season and someone I’m super proud of.

A really strong performance from the girls today against AG Sports⚽👏

After a challenging start, the team showed great character to grow into the game, working hard for each other and improving as the match went on 💪

There were some brilliant moments across the pitch — solid defending, positive play on the ball and a real determination to keep going and play the right way. Plenty to be proud of and lots we can build on 👏

⭐ Girl of the Game: Ava

Ava was outstanding today — putting in some excellent tackles, showing great defensive awareness and using her long throws to really help the team. A top performance 👏

⚽ Training Night – Rotherham Town U11 Greys

Another really positive session from the girls this week 👏

Loads of energy, great attitude and a real willingness to learn and improve. The girls worked hard throughout and it was great to see them enjoying it while pushing themselves at the same time.

There’s a strong togetherness in the group at the minute, with everyone supporting each other and buying into what we’re trying to do — which is brilliant to see.

⚽ Match Report – Rotherham Town U11 Greys vs Pogmoor

A really strong performance from the girls tonight and a great way to build on the weekend.
We started on the front foot and played with real intent, moving the ball well and creating some excellent attacking moments. The girls showed great energy and confidence throughout, with some really good passages of play and teamwork across the pitch.

It was great to see us playing with freedom and supporting each other, with a lot of positive play both on and off the ball.

⚽ Match Report – Rotherham Town U11 Greys vs Hoyland Common Falcons

A really bright start from the girls today and one of our strongest openings to a game.

We were on the front foot early, creating some great attacking moments and getting into really good areas. The girls showed exactly what we’ve been working on in training — being brave on the ball, taking players on and playing with confidence.

Some really good passages of play throughout, with the team working hard for each other and showing great energy from start to finish.

At training this week, we focused on decision-making and finding space in game situations. Ruby was outstanding—she worked tirelessly, timed her runs brilliantly, and made herself available in all the right areas. A huge well done to Ruby! 👏

The whole team put in great effort, and we’re excited to take what we worked on into the next match.

A really positive performance from the girls today ⚽👏

There was great effort across the pitch, with the team working hard for each other and showing real improvements in how we defend and win the ball back. Plenty of good moments both on and off the ball, and a strong team performance overall 💪

👏 Parents’ Girl of the Game: Lara

Lara was outstanding today — making some excellent defensive runs, reading the game well and consistently making the right decisions at the back. On the ball, she stayed positive and always looked to create opportunities for the team.

🔥 TRAINING THIS WEEK 🔥

Big session tonight as I was being assessed for my UEFA B ⚽

The girls were outstanding from start to finish — great attitude, effort and energy all the way through. They handled the pressure brilliantly and really stepped up 💪

Focus was on pressing and winning the ball back, and there were some fantastic moments of teamwork and hard work to regain possession.

👏 Huge shoutout to Ava — our Trainer of the Week winner for an incredible performance and non-stop running!
