Seeking new grown-ups for our Squirrels team!
Calling all tea makers, super supporters, craft preppers and story tellers! No experience needed, just a can do attitude, a sense of humour and a willingness to work with our four and five year olds. Supported by the team leader and GLV, could you be part of our team? We'd love to hear from you if you do!

New Cooking Equipment!
A massive thanks to the Jack Petchey Foundation for a £300.00 grant through their young people's achievement award, which with the involvement of our winning Scout, has enabled us to purchase new cooking equipment for use in our hall. We have bought four plug in induction hobs, pots and pans for induction hobs, extension cables, a storage box and cork heatproof mats for hot pans. Each of these items will enable us to run more cooking nights in our hall, which are safer as a result, further helping our young people develop
Thank you does not express enough how thankful we are for these grants which enable us to better our programme!

Today's the day. As of 5pm this evening, 21st Romford has it's very own Squirrels Drey, with some fab 4 and 5 year olds joining the family. We can't wait to welcome them and have tons of fun!

It's a special week for us, as on Wednesday evening we open our Squirrels section for the very first time! Squirrels is a group for 4-6 year olds to experience the magic of scouting. From skills to games, exploring the world and having tons of fun- squirrels is a super exciting group to have in our group. We still have a couple of spaces remaining, so if you know a child who may be interested, get in touch by emailing [email protected].
We'd also love an extra pair of hands in the group, so if you'd be interested in volunteering- we'd also love to welcome you into our group family. For further info, drop us a message 😊💯🙏🐿️
