⚠️ ADVANCED NOTICE OF PLAYING FIELD - TEMPORARY CLOSURE ⚠️

The Playing Field will be closed on Tuesday 5th August
as it is necessary to w**d kill the outfield. This involves the application of chemicals known as herbicides.

The grounds will be re-opened on Wednesday 6th August and the Playing Field Committee apologises for the inconvenience this will cause but ask for your
patience and your understanding!

Signs have been placed around the Playing Field to share the above notice also.

💡 We have new floodlights at our Playing Field!

We cannot recommend and thank Spartek (and especially Mo!) enough for their rapid service installing these (especially in some lovely British weather!)

Our clubs will greatly benefit these for decades to come in the evenings!

A new addition to our Playing Field!

Rocklands playing field now has a glass / bottle bank in the car park. Everytime this is filled / emptied vital funds will be paid to the playing field committee - which will support cricket and football continuing in Rocklands!!

Please bring your empties!!
