Acre Community Network a new registered charity reg 1211224 run by Gill Nelson and James Guy. We are pleased to announce we have been awarded £19700 by the national lottery to develop our projects
Vera’s visits is an anti loneliness project built around volunteers in Rochdale. Pad Poverty Prevention is the redistribution of continance products from those who no longer need them to those who are not provided with enough by the NHS and cannot afford more.
