Shouldn’t have happened but good to see the issue is being resolved and investigated so it doesn’t happen in future.

We sincerely apologise to customers affected by an over-capacity issue on our accessible viewing platform for this evening’s OMD’s Summer of Hits, plus special guests Peter Hook and The Light, and A Certain Ratio performance. We understand how disappointing and frustrating this situation will have been, particularly for those who rely on these facilities to enjoy the event comfortably and safely. After urgently exploring alternative arrangements, we are pleased to confirm that we have been able to accommodate all customers with access needs, ensuring everyone can enjoy tonight’s show.
We are working closely with our ticketing partner to investigate how this issue occurred and to identify the changes needed to prevent it from happening again. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
