It's been a busy time behind the scenes so I'm afraid I've been neglecting my social media duties. 🙈

I saw these trailing succulents today though and it made me think of our plans for the fountain! Trailing succulents can mimic the look of the water and are low maintenance.

I think they will look awesome, what are your thoughts?

That's why green spaces in towns and cities are so important! An accessible way to implement this time in your day.

It works because:

❤️ You unconsciously relax meaning your blood pressure lowers and your heart slows down

❤️ It lowers cortisol and adrenaline whilst increasing natural killer cells that fight viruses

❤️ When you smell and breathe in the organic compounds released by plants some of the molecules go into the blood stream which produces a calming effect

On damp dull days it may seem unappealing to go out but the benefits are clear.
