What a fantastic afternoon at Cwmparc Family Hub After School Play 🌞🎨

All the children had a lush day, enjoying the sunshine, everyone loved playing football, bouncing on the trampoline, enjoying hockey, and taking part in hide-and-seek with friends. ⚽🏒🤸‍♀️
They also got creative with their toilet roll crafts. We saw some amazing monsters and fairy’s made and lots of smiles all around 😍

Today was full of fun, laughter, and creativity! The children enjoyed outdoor games, worked together, and had lots of energy as they took part in active play.

We also spent time making special Father's Day cards, with everyone putting thought and care into creating something meaningful for the important father figures in their lives. A wonderful day of teamwork, creativity, and smiles all around! 💙

Little hands, big hearts, and lots of creativity! 💙

Our children have been busy making Father's Day cards, carefully choosing colours, drawing pictures, and sharing all the reasons why their dads are so special. 🖍️👔

There were plenty of smiles, thoughtful moments, and proud little faces as each card came to life. We can't wait for them to be opened and enjoyed this Father's Day!

Who knew 3 of the simplest things in the house like tin foil, water spray bottle and water based felt pens could be this entertaining?

The children had an amazing time creating bright and colourful fish using tin foil, water, and felt-tip pens. They loved watching the colours swirl and blend, turning their fish into vibrant underwater masterpieces!

It's messy enough to be exciting, creative enough to keep you busy for hours, and simple enough for anyone to enjoy.

Our children come to the Family Hub to make new friends, build confidence, and play together in a safe, welcoming environment. Every day, we see friendships grow through play, laughter, and shared experiences 😍🤩⭐🎉

Today, we came together to celebrate The Big Lunch, enjoying friendship, food, and fun with lots of tasty treats, games, and smiles. It has been wonderful to see the children spending time together, creating happy memories, and celebrating the importance of community💙💚

One of the highlights of play was creating DIY fish squishy toys! The children loved designing colourful fish, getting creative with decorations, and testing out their squishy creations. There were lots of smiles as they compared designs and proudly showed off their unique fish friends

This week our children had a fantastic time using their imaginations to create and design with a variety of recyclable materials, including toilet roll tubes, bottle tops, and cake cases. They explored different ways to combine and transform these everyday objects into unique creations, from imaginative characters and vehicles to colourful works of art.
