We are going out today at 1pm. Meeting at the lanner end of Sandy Lane. Its looking a bit messy up that way, so thought we would give it a bit of a tidy!

The weather is cooler but dry, so hope to see some of you there.

Had a lovely message from a followers of WT&T this morning. It is son nice to see others out and about doing their bit when we are busy doing family things. Thank you Denise Dodd!

Morning..I did some of the main street then met a council worker who told me the areas they do. I didn't take pics but I did station hill to berrymans bakery, down bassett Street, along the lane at rear of the ladder and falmouth road from the lights to co-op both sides, I had half a bin liner and it got quite heavy! I sorted the recycling when I got back.
I'm hoping to join in the big tidy on Sunday too.

We had a wonderful evening yesterday at the Specsavers Redruth Local Hero awards. It was lovely to be nominated and recognised in a room full of so many local people doing their bit for our town.

This only touches the surface. So many people give their time to make Redruth a great place to live. Sport coaches, amateur theatre volunteers, people tending to our parks, people facilitating space for people to gather, socialise and be seen and heard and so many more that make a difference to the lives of so many in Redruth.

Congratulations to everyone nominated and all of the winners in each category.

I feel proud to live in Redruth.

Stayed close to home for this weeks WT&T. In just half an hour we filled a whole bag from just one street! Southgate St. is looking much better!
