Training Update 23rd March.
Time waits for no one, and our 60-mile walk for Thames Hospice looms large. We are walking 10 miles of our route on Sunday, 23rd March. This is part of a broader practice walk.
Worry not the full 60-mile walk for Thames Hospice will be non-stop on the 27th of June.
Even though this is a practice walk, this won't be a walk in the park, and I expect it to be tough, but nothing compared to what hospice patients and families go through.
Our practice walk starts at 11:00 at The Red Lion in Lightwater and finishes at the King's Head in Guildford. We anticipate it to take 4 hours 30 min.
