Our neighbours are organising this sale at the Minster in town on Saturday.

Come along to our sale on Saturday 8 August at the Minster Church, Reading from 10am to 3pm. We are raising funds to support a scholarship for a nurse from Gaza to study at Glasgow University.

We have loads of wonderful donated items - come and load up for yourself and gifts for all occasions. Toys, clothing, loads of vintage items and antiques, original artwork, framed pictures, plants etc.

HELP!
At the end of todays session, close to 2pm, one of our generous community members dropped off some plants to a GW team member who is coordinating a fundraising sale at the weekend for a local charity. One minute they were there and the next minute they were gone! Someone has picked them up by accident and they are urgently needed! They were lovingly propagated by a number of people, collected and delivered today, ready to be potted up for the sale. They were small ferns, rubber plants etc.
*If you picked up the plants please contact us and someone will come and collect them from you.* Thank you very much.
The plants are being sold to raise funds for a scholarship for a nurse in Gaza to study at Glasgow University.

Since Green Ways opened over three years ago we have helped many local (and international) charities, community groups, nurseries and schools with items that have helped them to do their work. These can be items for fundraising, clothing, furniture, craft bits and pieces, catering supplies, incontinence pads, blankets and towels for wildlife hospitals and animal rescues. The list goes on.

Don't forget to tell others about us and let's share what we have. There is plenty to go round.
