Pastoral Care update: The Trustees have established a Pastoral Care Team. They plan to hold three or four meetings each year. The sessions will provide an opportunity for residents to come along and discuss any concerns or worries, or to simply come along for a chat, a cup of tea and slice of cake.
The current team are Lucy Cure, Trustee; Becca Riley, Trustee and Mel Townsend, Pastoral Care Volunteer. Please let us know if you would be interested in joining the team as a volunteer.
The first pastoral care session for residents will be held next Wednesday 11th March from 3:30pm to 5:00pm in the chapel
The session will be followed by a residents’ meeting at 5:00pm on the same day, to discuss some important changes to the care line system and other matters.
A newsletter will be provided to all residents after the meeting to explain the changes and update those unable to attend.
