1st Ramsey Scout Group and we hope to open brand new squirrels and cubs sections later this year!🥳

Squirrels (4-6y), beavers (6-8y), cubs (8-10.5y), scouts (10.5-14y), explorers (14-18y), adults (18+y can join the fun as an adult helper direct with the young people in any section above, or behind the scenes as a charity trustee. DBS, Full support and training given and you may become a chief s'more tester! 😋 Established adult team members' young people will have priority on the waiting list too. Don't need to have young people in the group just a willingness to learn some new skills and help amazing people learn skills for life.

This week 1st Ramsey Beavers have been learning about British Sign Language and fingerspelling. Amazing skill to learn and more awareness allows more inclusivity. If anyone knows any BSL community groups I would love link up.

Come along and see us at the festive extravaganza this weekend. THe beavers and scouts have been making prizes for our stall so come say hi and help us raise some funds for our group.

🥰Thank you Rotary for the support to help us open the 1st Ramsey Scouting Group. 💜

This newly reformed group opened its doors in September with the Beavers being enrolled 1st along with eight new scout leaders.
Rotary in Ramsey were pleased to be able to support this group by funding the leader's new shirts.
The photos show some of the new Leaders, along with Sue Best, volunteer District Lead & some of the new Scouts. We wish this group the very best 🤩🤩🤩

Hi everyone! We have created a seperate private
Parents of 1st Ramsey Scout Group
for parents of Beavers and Scouts of 1st Ramsey to share photos of sessions and for general scouting discussions. I hope that we can build a group where members feel free to share their experiences and what's on their mind in a safe and welcoming place.

To be allowed access to the group you will need to answer questions and we will check your details to match our OSM system. This ensures only parents of 1st Ramsey are allowed access.

Also please be aware there is another 1st Ramsey Scouting group based in the Isle of Man, so make sure you connect to the correct one.

Any issues speak to a leader or Zulu.
