A CALL TO ACTION

Get involved with the future of Radyr & Morganstown. Cardiff Council are in the final stages of preparing a replacement Local Development Plan, which will last until 2036. The specific proposals are now out for p***c consultation, which finishes on 15th April 2025 and, for R&M, they look good. If you agree, then tell Cardiff Council you approve. Cardiff’s Replacement Local Development Plan has now been
published as a ‘deposit plan’ and is out for public consultation.
Radyr & Morganstown Community Council and Radyr &
Morganstown Local Development Group invite you to a
meeting to discuss the Plan.

The meeting will be addressed by Simon Gilbert, Head of Planning, Cardiff Council.
