We know that for some who have experienced pregnancy loss, Mother's Day can be a difficult day.

You may be upset knowing that you were meant to be celebrating your first Mother's Day with your little one, or perhaps struggling to balance marking the day with your children whilst grieving the loss of your baby.

You might feel like you don't want to mark the day at all - which is absolutely okay.
