We are donating hygiene products to at their temporary drop off location at Fratton Park Tesco!

Hygiene poverty means having to choose between staying clean and staying fed . A choice no one should have to make. Access to hygiene isn’t a luxury, it’s a basic human right.

FREE SANITARY PRODUCTS PACKAGES! 📦

Please share this around so that people are able to access free period products. We are collaborating with Tesco Fratton to provide free sanitary products to those in need.

All you have to do is go up to the customer service desk where there will be a box with this picture on! It’s as easy as that, or you can show the people behind the desk this photo.

Accessibility, awareness and change all lead to the reduction in period poverty. Menstrual hygiene is a human right, and being able to access period products should NOT be a luxury.

Have you used a menstrual cup? 🧐

Menstrual cups are a sustainable, reusable alternative to other period products like tampons and pads. While some see them as intimidating, this study shows the initial fear is worth pushing through!

It's time we realise that these lines are outdated and limit the possibility for change. Period poverty is an issue that can be broken down and replaced with a culture of acceptance and accessibility to period products, and it starts with ending the stigma!

In partnership with Tesco Fratton Park, we’re offering free sanitary care packs to anyone in need.

Each pack includes:
✔ Sanitary Pads
✔ Tampons
✔ Panty Liners
✔ Sample Products

Pick up your free sanitary pack from the crate on the customer service desk. It is as easy as that, no questions asked!

Please note that each bag will vary and subject to what donations we have in stock. Each pack will include pads and tampons.

Please note that availability is limited due to resource constraints, as we are a voluntary CIC operating without funding.
