A place for those interested in babywearing on the Isle of Man We are open to all parents, parents-to-be and carers, whether you have a sling or not!

Manx Slings is a free, informal gathering for people who are interested in carrying their child in a baby carrier or sling. A meet is a chance to chat with other babywearers, try different options, get some advice on how to use yours or just share a cup of tea. We also have a range of carriers in our Library that you can borrow for a small fee and trial in your normal circumstances. Manx Slings is run by volunteers.

Due to a change in circumstances, we’re looking for passionate volunteers to take over the running of Manx Slings and keep this wonderful resource alive for our community.
If you’ve ever benefited from babywearing and believe in supporting families with young children, this is a fantastic opportunity to get involved! Training and ongoing support will be provided. 💛
