🌿 National Trust Brownsea Island Trip 🌿

What a wonderful day our families had enjoying fresh air and beautiful nature walks around Brownsea Island 🌳🌊
For many it was a first visit — and we can’t wait to go back!

A big thank you to our fantastic volunteers Emma and Coral for making it such a special day 💚👏

🌈 Summer Salad Bliss 🌈☀️
It was such a hot day, so we kept things fresh yet comforting with a warm summer salad — and wow, it did not disappoint! 💚
We started with jersey potatoes and a rainbow of roasted goodness: peppers, halloumi, sweetcorn, chickpeas, red & white onions, plus purple & white cauliflower. Once everything had cooled slightly, we tossed it together with crisp lettuce, juicy baby tomatoes, cool cucumber, and fresh garden peas.
Finished with a sprinkle of chia seeds and a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil 🌱✨

Honestly… colourful, nourishing, and absolutely delicious 😋💚 A proper rainbow on a plate!
