Tonight they all ran for over 90 seconds and managed to get 3.5K in the bag!!

Every single one of you absolutely smashed it tonight. You should all be so proud of yourselves because look how far you’ve already come! 🥹

I can’t wait to see you all Sunday where we’ll be completing nearly 4K!

Our brand new Kids Club is here!

A huge thank you to our amazing volunteers who have helped make this possible. I genuinely can’t wait to show you all what I’ve got up my sleeve!

We officially start Wednesday 1st September and I’m SO excited to get started.

This is a family club, so mums, dads, grandparents, aunts, uncles and guardians are all welcome to get involved!

📍 Based in Ponty Town
🚌 Everything we do is close to public transport

For the safety of our members, especially the children, we don’t share exact locations publicly.

You can either DM us for more information or scan the QR code to register your interest.

What an AMAZING Wednesday Run Club tonight! 🧡🏃🏼‍♀️

We had some really good numbers tonight, especially considering it’s been a bit quieter over the summer, and it was honestly so lovely seeing so many of you out.

We also had Hannah back tonight! 🥹🧡 Hannah was one of our very first beginner OGs, so seeing her back with us made my heart so happy. We’ve missed you girl! 🫶🏼

And we had FOUR new faces join us tonight too! Welcome to the Blister Sisters — we hope you loved your first run with us! 🧡

But the best bit…

We didn’t just run under ONE rainbow tonight… WE RAN UNDER TWO! 🌈🌈

There was a little shower along the way, but honestly, after the bloody heatwave we’ve just had, I don’t think any of us minded one bit 😂

And those rainbows felt pretty bloody significant tonight.

A lot of our girls have been going through some really s**tty times lately. Things that people don’t always see behind the smiles, the running, the laughs and the photos.

So to have those rainbows appear tonight felt like a little reminder…

There is always light. 🌈

Even when things feel s**t. Even when you’re having a really hard time. Even when you can’t see how things are going to get better.

There’s always light waiting for you.

And tonight, we didn’t just get one rainbow to remind us of that.

We got two. 🌈🌈🧡

So proud of every single one of you tonight.

MASSIVE SHOUT OUT TO ONE OF OUR BLISTER BUGGIES MUMS!

I have to give the biggest shout out to Alex Osborne! 🥹👏🏼

Alex is one of our amazing Blister Buggies mums, and she has recently taken on our Couch to 5K with Blister Sisters too and she is absolutely SMASHING IT!

Alex is a brand-new mum, with a little baby who is less than 5 months old, and honestly… look at her! 😍 She has worked so hard, has lost an incredible amount of weight and is looking absolutely amazing.

But I want to make something really clear this isn't just about weight. ❤️

We all know how much pregnancy, postpartum, hormones, sleep deprivation and everything that comes with becoming a mum can affect our bodies and our confidence. It's not an easy journey, and there is absolutely no “perfect” timeline.

What makes me so proud is seeing Alex finding herself again, getting stronger, becoming more confident and absolutely GLOWING.

Watching her last night absolutely smash Ceris class made me so incredibly happy. 🧡 Seeing our mums supporting themselves, pushing themselves and cheering each other on is exactly what this community is about.

Alex, you should be SO proud of yourself. You've had a baby less than five months ago, you're showing up, you're putting the work in and you're absolutely smashing it.

We are extremely proud of you! 🧡🧡🧡

Keep going, mama you're doing AMAZING! 👏🏼
