Hello everyone. This is not a post that I wanted to write . But here goes . I haven’t done this for years I’ve always tried to keep the cost down for customers .

As u all know the prices of everything rising so much lately. My accountant has told me I have to put a slight increase on my work . Otherwise it won’t be worth me starting the van in the morning . 😔😔😔😔

As we all know the prices have gone up on

Tyres
Vehicle parts
Gardening machinery
Tools
Vehicle tax and insurance
Wages

Waste tipping fees (highest they have ever been)

Fuel (ridiculous prices)

Even my bank has now emailed me to say my bank charges are going to rise at the end of April 😡😡
(For cash and for transfers or card payments )

This is without other costs behind the scenes to keep going . 😔😔😔😔

So going forward there will be a slight rise in my prices I’m afraid . 😟 I’m sorry I have to do this but I simply have to do this to be able to keep going .

Sorry for the bad news but I really do appreciate each and every customer that supports us here at kd gardening and waste services 😊😊😊

CAN YOU HELP US?

We are proud of our achievements with the wonderful young players in our Academy. To date we have managed to supply instruments to over 60 players from our Pontardulais Town Band store - but we have now run out and so can not start any more new players.

Additionally some of our youngsters are playing and contesting at a level that is in advance of the instrument we can currently provide them with.

This is a shout out to anyone who has a brass band instrument that they no longer use or require who might consider donating it to us.

Maybe you are a band or organisation that has instruments that you no longer use that we could make use of, especially full size basses.

Perhaps you yourself, or a company, might be willling to sponsor or donate an instrument for one of our more advanced youngsters.

The Easter Bunny will be hopping into Gateway tomorrow, whilst he's doing his rounds! 🐰🥰☺️

🩶 He'll have a little walk around our site (give him a wave, if you're in your caravan!) 👋 followed by a hop & a skip around our Funfair... and then a few leaps around our Soft Play Area! 😁

He'll be here between 12pm-1pm tomorrow, Easter Sunday... come say Howdy & grab a pic! 🐰📸🫶
