Thank you to everyone who came to the Pocklington Chrysanthemum Show.

During the presentation we presented 2 Woolmans medals, these are special National Chrysanthemum medals for long service and show our appreciation for a lot of hard work ….and stress that we couldn’t put the show on without.

The first one to Mike Smith, after 50 years on the committee and serving as show manager and the current chairman.

The second to Sheila Smith who had been secretary for over 40 years and helping at the show many years before.

We really appreciate the hard work Sheila and Mike bring keeping the show going in pocklington.

All the other cup results will be posted asap, it’s time for fish and chips and a sit down….and maybe some cake.

We really appreciate all the support we can get in terms of entries and people having a look.

Entries need to be entered by 10.15 on Saturday morning. DM if you need a schedule or for more details

The show opens at 1.30 pm for the public to look around the exhibits
