Happy Christmas from all of us.

It has been a big year here. We are delighted to have formally secured our charity status and to have welcomed some fantastic new people into the team, each bringing skills, care, and commitment that strengthen our work.

As we look ahead, there are some very exciting plans taking shape, all rooted in our mission to promote animal welfare and to support children and families across the South West through meaningful, hands on experiences.

If you are interested in volunteering with a growing charity that values kindness, learning, and community, we would love to hear from you in the new year.

Thank you for your support throughout the year. We wish you a peaceful and joyful Christmas.

We are proud to share an important milestone in Kula Culture’s journey and the beginning of an exciting new chapter for our charitable work across Devon and Cornwall.

Exciting News for Kula Culture

We are delighted to share that Kula Culture has officially converted from a Community Interest Company (CIC) to a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), confirmed by the Charity Commission on 3 November 2025.

As Founder and Trustee of Kula Culture CIO (Registered Charity No. 1215602), I am pleased to see this new chapter begin. This step strengthens our ability to deliver charitable projects that advance education, wellbeing and environmental awareness for the public benefit.

Kula Culture CIO operates as an independent registered charity, with its own governance and charitable objectives. It is entirely separate from Bespoke Engaging Education Services Ltd (BEES UK), where I continue to lead operations as CEO and Founder.

While both organisations share aligned values and often collaborate on education and environmental initiatives, they remain legally and financially distinct. BEES UK provides commissioned alternative education for young people across Devon and Cornwall, while Kula Culture CIO focuses on charitable programmes that promote inclusion, sustainability and connection with nature.

This is an exciting milestone as we expand our reach, develop new partnerships and build a lasting legacy that connects education, community and the natural world.

Thank you all for your continued support.
