🚨 Afghan Refugee Rapists ON BAIL after Sherford Attack!!

Hashmat Miakhel, aged 31, and Sayed Hoshmand, aged 19 have been granted bail after previously being remanded for a R**E in Sherford on 26th April 2026!

The 2 relatives were initially remanded into custody and produced before the Magistrates court on 28th April 2026 and were remanded to appear at Crown court 1st June (Yesterday).

Both men were ALREADY on bail BEFORE attending court yesterday, instead of being produced to the court by the prison, they instead surrendered to the court freely after having already been given their freedom back!

Once again we’re seeing two tier justice! After a violent and horrifying r**e these men were rightfully remanded to safeguard the public! Only for them to be given bail within weeks of the offence, without the publics knowledge of these dangerous sexual predators being back on our streets!

There WILL BE a community response to this!!

Ohh apart from all the witness statements and clear as day CCTV evidence showing that they did in-fact do it 🤯🤦‍♂️

Standard racist two tier government! You can guarantee if they were white they would’ve been remanded the next day! 😤

It’s just calling for more violence against police now, as they’ve just demonstrated that regardless of evidence you still might not get found guilty!

BREAKING 🚨 Mohammed Fahir Amaaz and Muhammad Amaad have been acquitted of assaulting PC Zachary Marsden. Amaaz was previously convicted of assaulting two police officers and a member of the public. Prosecutors have now confirmed they will not seek a third trial.
