🚨 ERITREA RETURNS DEAL — TOO LITTLE, TOO LATE

Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood has threatened a complete UK visa ban on Eritreans unless the country takes back more of its small boat arrivals and foreign national offenders.

Eritrean diplomats already face travel limits outside London and have lost fast-track visas. Eritrea previously agreed to returns then abruptly pulled out earlier this year.

Only 106 failed Eritrean asylum seekers have been deported out of 2,626 rejected claims in the past four years — under 4%. That means over 96% of those refused asylum are still here.

They’ve been told no. They’ve exhausted their appeals. They have no legal right to remain. Yet they’re still walking around free as a bird, illegally.

Why aren’t they in prison or detained pending removal? The system said no — then did nothing.
Eritreans have one of the highest s*x offence conviction rates in the UK: 53.6 per 10,000 compared with 2.66 for British citizens — over 20 times higher. Only Afghans ranked worse in the MoJ data.

Britons commit offences too. But adding this group multiplies the threat to women and children far beyond the existing baseline. Over 20,000 Eritreans arrived by small boat in the last five years alone.

They were the single biggest nationality on the Channel route in the year to June 2026 (5,875), with an asylum grant rate around 83%+.

Visa bans and diplomat restrictions mean nothing when they can still arrive by boat, get free hotel accommodation, and everything else paid for — then a free flight home if they ever leave.

Who’s going to bother with a legal visa when the boat route gives you the lot for free? It’s like putting a plaster on your toe because you’ve got a toothache.

Tim Miller, absolute legend claims to be studying islam

A British pensioner stood in a court dock today dressed in a burqa to deny concealing his identity at an anti-migrant protest – by wearing a burqa to the demonstration.

Timothy Miller, 76, told a district judge he was the subject of an 'unlawful arrest' during last month's protest in Portsmouth.

He denied wearing 'a burqa to conceal your identity' at the demonstration on September 12 – ahead of which police had warned they would arrest participants wearing face masks and coverings.

Miller appeared at Portsmouth Magistrates' Court wearing a burqa and carrying a black handbag and orange folder.

Miller, who had no legal representation, questioned why migrants are allowed to enter the UK without having their religion questioned as he was repeatedly asked about his apparent conversion to Islam.

He claimed it was part of his religious observance and that he would 'advise anyone to put the veil on and live within the veil'.

He also claimed to have an 'inquisitive mind' and said that the UK is 'moving towards an Islamic society' and therefore it will be an advantage for him to convert to Islam.

He was asked to remove his veil when he was identified by the court but then replaced it.

When he was asked what his legal defence to the charge was, Miller said: 'The issue quite simply is we should have one law and I think everyone is in agreeance.'

District Judge Stephen Apted replied: 'That doesn't defend you from the charge.'

Miller said that he had an 'exemption' for 'Islamic' religious observance.

Mr Apted went on to ask Miller to clarify that he observed Islam as a religion, the defendant replied: 'As such as I am studying Islam as it seems to be the most beneficial religion to be noticed in this climate today.

When asked about his religion, Miller said: 'I don't feel I should answer this question because no one else is asked this question when they come into the country. Why am I being asked this?

'I have never ever heard of anyone being questioned about their religion. How can this be possible?'

Judge Apted said: 'I am only asking you this question because my function is to manage this case. I need to identify what the real issues are in this case.'

He continued: 'You need to prove that you were wearing these items for religious observance. That is going to require some evidence.'

Miller said: 'In my mind it was unlawful arrest. I complied with everything.

'I am on every single camera. I presented myself to these cameras.

'I was never once asked to remove my facial covering. It will be on body cams.

'Therefore I feel it is unlawful arrest which also must be contested.'

Judge Apted said: 'You said to the officers I think at the time that you were converting to Islam.'

Miller said: 'I am studying Islam and it appears to be the most beneficial religion to be noticed in this climate today.

Miller told the court that he previously lived in Morocco and has also been to Bahrain and Dubai.

He said he was looking at crowdfunding for his legal team for the case.

Far-left propagandists at ‘Plymouth Lies’ either think the Indian Navy are time travellers — or they’re deliberately pushing fake news.

Yesterday they pushed the line that “patriots” mistook the Indian Navy for asylum seekers.

Problem: the Indian Navy hadn’t even arrived yet.

The incident near the Barcode — where children were approached and asked for pictures — involved Arab men. Not Indians. Arabs.

That happened the day before. I posted about it the day after it occurred. The Indian Navy didn’t arrive until roughly five hours after that post.

Plymouth Live still tried to stitch the two together as if they were linked and “resolved.”

They aren’t.

One incident: Arab men approaching kids.

Other incident: Indian Navy on the hoe possibly mistaken by frightened girls.

Different people. Different day. Different story.

They’re not confused. They’re lying.
