Every Friday, our music group gathers to share creativity, rhythm, and companionship through playing instruments and making music together.

These sessions have become a valued highlight of our week, bringing warmth, connection, and a sense of calm to our space.

We extend our sincere thanks to Pepe for consistently staying to take part your continued presence and contribution are deeply appreciated, and you help make these weekly sessions even more meaningful and enjoyable for everyone.

It’s been such a wonderful and vibrant week here at our community centre on Armada Street, with a steady stream of familiar and new faces walking through our doors every time we opened. Being available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays,

we’ve been delighted to see so many people take advantage of our drop-in sessions, and our computer area has been particularly busy and well-used throughout the week.

Whether people were catching up with family online, searching for information, handling important paperwork, or simply learning new digital skills, the space was always filled with a warm, helpful atmosphere and plenty of friendly conversation.

It’s truly heartwarming to see how much this centre brings everyone together, and we love being able to provide a welcoming, safe, and useful place for everyone in the neighbourhood to enjoy.

We had a wonderful first week back after Easter lots of people in and issues sorted in the community thank you to the police popping in to helping local residents feel better and safer. Brilliant to see people coming in for support. Open Monday,Wednesday and Friday 9:30 till 12:30 please pop in if you need anything. Thank you everybody for being involved in advertising and supporting us too. Also visit our main centre lots going on and to get involved in. Pop in to see Trish,Steve or us we are here to help. Supporting the community.

We’ve had some great conversations about music on Friday afternoons we talked about what music means to us as people and local residents have been choosing their favourites and we sit and listen to the meaning of the words and what music from different times makes us feel like. Definitely pop over after Easter where we can play music and chat about music. 🎶🎶

We’ve had a lovely few months lovely to see all different types of people cultures coming together making a lovely positive community. Also including the centre’s wonderful mascot a lovely doggy who likes visiting us and meeting everyone. Remember to come along and see us. We have 3 brilliant community spaces here to support and help in anyway we can.

It’s are first week back at both centres and we’re underway busy working hard to make the community a brighter and brilliant place to be. Chaz popped in today with some lovely donations and we helped him showing support taking donations to Mount Street Primary School. Lots of goodies for their food bank to help families in need. Also lots of health products as well. Helping the community.
