We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused following today's private hall hire.

Unfortunately, we experienced an unexpected plumbing issue, which is still being resolved. We sincerely apologise to all of our neighbours for any disruption or inconvenience this may have caused.

We always strive to make Mount Wise Neighbourhood Centre a welcoming and respectful place for everyone to use.

We will be reviewing our hall hire procedures on Monday to ensure we learn from this incident and help prevent anything similar from happening in the future.

Thank you for your understanding.
