Many people tell us they want safe, informal spaces to talk about death and dying.

One local option some Plymouth residents choose is Plymouth Death Cafe.

Death Cafes are not counselling or bereavement support. They are relaxed, group-led conversations where people come together to talk openly about death – often over tea and cake.

Sessions follow a national model and are not-for-profit, agenda-free and confidential.

Plymouth Death Cafe meets every two months at Plymouth Unitarians Church, with the next one in February.
