Don't miss out! This workshop is FREE thanks to Cotehele - National Trust 🌿🌳💚

It's our first ever Forest Bathing session at Cotehele on 4 October, and we thought we'd share more about this wonderful mindful activity.

Forest bathing, or Shinrin-Yoku, is a Japanese practice that employs all the senses to calmly and mindfully spend time in nature, with huge benefits for the body and mind.

Sidney of Forest Bathing SW will take you through the following activities:

🌿 A gentle and mindful walk
🌿 Use of hand lenses to observe the intricacies of nature
🌿 Creative sound mapping
🌿 Guided visualisation
🌿 Quiet time in a 'sit-spot' exercise
🌿 Explore ways to relax, be present, and immerse yourself in nature
