Adventure trails always lead to the best discoveries! 🚶‍♂️✨ We stumbled across an amazing event at Cathedral Square and got some hands-on experience with CPR, emergency steps, and defibrillator skills—all thanks to the incredible Resuscitation team at NWAFT and our local emergency services. ♥️

If someone suffers a cardiac arrest, knowing what to do can make a real difference in those first few moments. Would you know what to do in an emergency?

Spooky season is fast approaching, and the excitement is definitely building! 👻

The supported people at SDH are busy getting their drop in space ready for all the frightful fun. They’re transforming the area with ghostly ghouls, a werewolf or 2, classic witch hats 🧙and plenty of pumpkins to set the perfect autumn mood.

Enter if you dare!!!

🍔 After weeks of dedication, hard work, and mastering a whole range of new kitchen skills, culinary techniques, and delicious recipes, the incredible Flavour Lab cooking group is taking a well-deserved afternoon off to celebrate their achievements.

And what better way to celebrate than with a fabulous, mouth-watering burger feast at Five Guys? 😋✨ Just look at those amazing, custom-built burgers and, of course, the absolutely radiant, big smiles on everyone's faces! They’ve truly earned this delicious treat.

The Flavour Lab at SDH had a go at making omelette pizza, and look how tasty it looks! 😋

It was so inspiring to watch everyone perfecting their skills at chopping, prepping, and cooking to create a delicious, wholesome meal for themselves. From cracking the eggs to choosing their favorite toppings, they put so much effort into every single step.

Cooking is such an important life skill. We can't wait to see what they whip up in the kitchen next week. 🍕🍳✨

What an absolutely out-of-this-world day we had! 🪐 SDH had an amazing time exploring the space centre. From interactive exhibits to mind-blowing galactic displays, there were so many different things to explore and discover. We were treated to some truly amazing sights to see that left us all in complete awe 👀🚀 We can't wait for our next adventure!

For our September day trip, the SDH crew headed over to Hunstanton! 🌊✨
No seaside visit is complete without the classics, so our first stop was, of course, for some delicious, fresh fish and chips 🐟🍟. Afterward, we headed over to the arcade for a quick bit of fun and games before venturing down to the beach to take in the sea breeze!
The British weather was definitely on display, and it was a bit too chilly for a swim 🥶 It was a fantastic day out filled with great food, lots of laughs, and wonderful company.

Adventure trails took a wonderful walk down to the river this week, making the absolute most of the beautiful, warm sunshine! ☀️ We had such a lovely time pausing by the water to feed the swans and ducks who came over to say hello! 🦆🌾

As if the scenic stroll wasn't perfect enough, we even spotted this incredibly vibrant and creative piece of artwork along our path! 🎨✨ It’s amazing what beautiful treasures you can find in our local community when you take the time to explore. What a perfect day to be out and about!
