This week is National Volunteer Week, and we are so excited to introduce you to some of our amazing volunteers!😃

Meet Allyson - she has been volunteering since we opened 4 years ago, and we love having her with us! She is a brilliant organiser, and will often be found sorting and tidying our clothing section😊Allyson always has a friendly smile and enjoys chatting to our members.

The scheme helps you save money by replacing old, inefficient white goods with new, energy-efficient models – for FREE! Green Energy Switch are delivering this scheme in partnership with us.

🔌Available appliances include:

- Fridge Freezers (Small or Family size)

- Undercounter Fridges or Freezers

- Air Fryers

You're eligible if:

Referrals to the scheme can only be made during a free LEAP Home Energy Visit. During the visit, we’ll give you energy-saving advice, install free measures, and check if you qualify for help replacing older, broken appliances.

A huge THANK YOU and well done to Liz, Ali, Lisa and Alex from IRIS Software Ltd, who walked 8 miles today in the heat to raise money for Food Pantry!👏💜

Their route included all the Lime Academy Schools, plus Newark Hill and City of Peterborough Academy, that our Parnwell Pantry supports.

We loved meeting you all!😊

Thank you also to our wonderful volunteers who came to cheer them on - the amazing Pantry Man even honoured us with his presence!😃🦸‍♂️
