Do you fancy a quick song? This is a beautiful lullaby I learnt this week and it's just the kind of thing we enjoy singing in our sessions. Close your eyes and sing (or hum) along with me. Feel the melody calm your nervous system as you breathe more slowly and deeply. 🧘‍♀️

Replay it a few times and see if you can find a harmony if you're feeling adventurous.

OK, so, there were only 5 of us singing here. Only 2 of us had heard this song before. 1 person was on their first taster session. This was recorded less than 10 minutes after starting to learn the little melodies.

Just to note - only 2 out of the 5 of us knew the song before we started today. We're not singers. Just mums. You don't need any musical experience to enjoy singing together and it's not as difficult as you think. Pm me for more info.🧡🎶

I've had a donation towards my Tuesday session in the Gannochy Community Hall at 10am. So the last 4 weeks of term will be free!! So please, if you're lurking, do come along and give the last few weeks of term a go before we break for the summer. Singing is SOOOO good for your health and wellbeing and we are very accommodating for babies and small children (I bring the toys). Our new flyers have arrived for all our sessions here in Perth and Kinross! Arent they adorable?!😍😂 Hazel Singing Mamas Perth is on Wednesdays and I'm on Tuesdays but keep in touch to see if there are other sessions added over the summer including and pop up dates in the park! It was great last year to sing out doors while the older children played in the playground nearby. ☀️🤞😎🌳🌻
