🎉 Wow, what a birthday! 🎉

I wanted to take a quick moment to say a massive thank you to everyone for the lovely birthday wishes, texts, and notifications today. I’ve been a bit disconnected and busy with some personal stuff, but overall it’s been an incredibly positive and productive day.

Even on my birthday, duty called! This afternoon, I was alerted via GoodSAM for a suspected cardiac arrest in Bridgend (I was in the area). I ended up arriving on scene at the exact same second as the WAST response medic. We jumped right into action, and thanks to a swift team effort, the patient was stabilised and rushed to the Princess of Wales Hospital. The best birthday gift of all was leaving the scene knowing the patient was doing well. ❤️🚑

No matter the day, no matter the weather - I’m always here to support the best I can. Community means everything. 💪🏼

Thank you all again for the love today - it really capped off a memorable one! Cheers to chapter 27, and another year! 🥂✨
