Peacehaven Coastal fundraising group for Guide Dogs

To contact Guide Dogs directly or to find out more about our services, please visit guidedogs.org.uk We organise a range of events in the area for which help is always welcomed. Although fundraising is very important to us, we are also keen to attend events or meetings to publicise the work of Guide Dogs – for example, by making educational visits to schools and clubs such as WI, Brownies/Cubs, Be

avers etc. We will also be happy to support those wishing to do their own event and attend cheque presentations. We would love to hear from you if you can spare some time, however little. Our branch covers a wide area so we do need people to join our team of helpers as street collectors, stall holders, event organisers, collection box co-ordinators and equipment helpers. We will be at The Christmas Market and Santa's Grotto Saturday 6th December fundraising for Guide Dogs. The Hillcrest Community Centre, Newhaven BN9 9LH 11-3pm.

There will be limited parking at the school, and some on street parking around the area, please be mindful of local residents.
🚐 CTLA will be providing a Shuttle Bus departing from Lower Place in Newhaven throughout the day. With a second pick up point at Gibbon Rd /Fort Rd.

We will be at The Joff Youth Jub in Peacehaven, BN10 8BL Christmas Fair Saturday 29th November 11-3pm. Step into a magical festive experience evoking memories of times past, filled with handmade arts and crafts bought to you by our local makers, creators and artisans. There will be 25+ stalls inside the newly refubished Youth Centre.
There will be refreshments provided by the centres young members serving hot chocolate by the bucket in their café with seating available to relax and soak up the atmosphere. They will also be running a dedicated craft room for the little ones.
The centre has fantastic disabled access for those less able.

EDIT 18th September 2025, due to the venue change to Brighton I360 Peacehaven Coastal Guide Dogs will not be at the Brighton Summer Festival on Saturday 20th September. This is due to the bad weather we have had recently.
