Hi everyone 😊

We hope the children have settled in well and are enjoying being back at school!

For anyone who may not be familiar with our PTA, we’re a friendly group of parents and carers who volunteer our time to work alongside the school, organise fun events and raise money to support the children and school.

The Autumn term is always a lovely (and busy!) one for us, with our quiz night, bonfire night and Christmas events all coming up. 🔥🎄

We’d really love to welcome some new faces to our PTA. You don’t need to have lots of spare time or any previous experience - every bit of help makes a difference and you can get involved as much or as little as you’re able to.

If you’re curious about what we do, or just fancy coming along for a chat, Laura will be at school on Monday between 3 - 4pm.

Please pop over and say hello! It’s a completely informal chat and there’s absolutely no pressure to join. We’d just love the chance to meet you and tell you a little more about the PTA. 💛

Many thanks,

Angie & the team ###

Another fantastic year of fundraising completed! 🎉

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported us throughout the year.

This year we also say a fond farewell to two wonderful committee members, Alex and Charlotte, who have each dedicated around 10 years to the PTA. Their hard work, commitment and enthusiasm have made such a difference to our school community.

A special thank you to Charlotte for her continued generosity through The Meadows at Polehanger, providing sponsorship and raffle prizes over the years.

Thank you both for everything you have done. You will be greatly missed. ❤️ xx

As another school year comes to an end, we want to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who has supported Raynsford Academy PTA this year.

Whether you attended an event, bought raffle tickets, donated prizes, volunteered your time, or simply helped spread the word, every bit of support has made a real difference.

Thanks to your generosity, we've been able to raise funds that have gone straight back into our school to benefit all of the children. The photo below shows what we've raised and how those funds have been spent this year.

We couldn't do it without our amazing school community. Thank you for helping us create wonderful memories and opportunities for our children.

Every pound raised, every hour volunteered and every bit of support has helped make a difference.
Thank you for being part of it. ❤️

🎶🕺 Our final event of the year... the Summer School Disco! 🕺🎶

It was an absolute scorcher, but that certainly didn't stop the children from having a fantastic time! 🌞

We are thrilled to announce that we raised just over £1,600, which is an incredible amount. 👏🥳

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, supported the event and helped make it such a success.
What a wonderful way to end the school year! ❤️ 💙

♻️👖 Happy School Bags 👕♻️

Just a quick reminder that FRIDAY 10th JULY is our final clothing collection of the school year.

With the weather looking lovely this week, we won't be putting the tarpaulin down. Please leave your clothing bags under the bike shelter at the front of the school anytime from Thursday 9th July onwards.

Thank you, as always, for your continued support!

🌞 Wow, what a fabulous Summer Fayre we had last month! 🌞

The sun was shining, the temperature was high and the atmosphere was fantastic!
It was wonderful to see so many families and members of our school community come together for such a fantastic afternoon.

We're also delighted to announce that, thanks to your incredible support, we raised an amazing ●£2,300● for our school! 🎉
Every penny will help benefit our children, so thank you to everyone who came along, donated, volunteered and supported the event.

A huge thank you to our amazing Chairperson Laura Ross and Secretary Pauline, whose hard work, organisation and dedication made the event such a huge success. We really couldn't have done it without you both!

Mr Wheatley was a great sport taking his place in the stocks... although perhaps not quite so thrilled about getting a soaking! 💦😂

Our Teddy Tombola was a massive hit and we're incredibly grateful for the huge number of teddy donations we received. Your generosity helped make it one of the most popular stalls of the day. 🧸

We have so many people to thank for making the fayre such a success.
