🌳 We're thrilled to welcome back Park Yoga Par this season.

📅 Sessions are an hour and start at 9.30am on 3rd May and run every Sunday morning for 20 weeks.

💚 If you have not experienced Park Yoga, it is a great way to try yoga for the first time. You don’t have to take part in the whole session, many people take moments of rest and enjoy the fresh air while watching the clouds go by.

💚 There's no need to book.

💚 Bring a yoga mat if you have one, but if you don’t, a towel or blanket is perfect.

Me again! I wanted to write a last post on this channel to thank everyone who joined for Park Yoga 2025. It has been an amazing journey for me and I hope you have enjoyed it too. I’m so lucky and so grateful to you all and I hope that you have benefitted physically and mentally. Many have asked whether I have other classes in the area - with a full time job it’s quite challenging to travel around but I do have a selection of classes in Fowey at the new and wonderful Old Bank Art Gallery in Fowey and a one off on Polkerris Beach this Sunday with 20% being donated to Park Yoga. I would love for you to stay for coffee and breakfast at The Hungry Sailor. I’m hoping to put on larger group events across the winter giving us an opportunity to get together!
