Superlicious fun making smoothies yesterday at the Big Bash Event in celebration of Learning Disabilities Week! Thanks so much to the support of the Co-op for providing the yummy fruit!

The theme this year is 'Do you see me?' and we want to say, YES! and we really want to enable you to get active and be healthy! Things like smoothie making on a bike! We loved people's reactions after they made a smoothie; it was great to see!

Do you know someone, or do you run a group with people who would need some coaching, but electrically assisted bikes or trikes would enable them to cycle? Get in touch, as we would love to help!
