A few more snaps from our incredible time away in Cornwall…

Lots of new experiences for the little ones including surfing, bodyboarding and karting, plus plenty of time for old favourites… play parks, rock pools, animal feeding and pony rides.

As always, it’s so lovely to see them out getting active and enjoying nature together. (Was rather lovely to sit out under the stars with a G&T and have a grown up chat at the end of each day too!) 🥂

If anyone’s struggling during the holidays (or like me just can’t be bothered some days) Tesco has some fab offers in the cafe. 🤑

They’re offering a free kids meal deal when you spend £3.50 all day long and also 2 for 1 iced drinks between 3-4pm. The kids meals look pretty balanced too (obviously depending which sides you choose.

For two meals, two frappes and a muffin we payed less than a tenner!

Anyone spotted any other good deals on at the moment?

I love that this acknowledges that sometimes it’s just really hard not to lose your temper as a parent. Some great responses too.. not sure it’s something I’ll be able to turn to every time but certainly some ideas to keep in mind.

Our second camping trip of the year. We were lucky enough to have good weather right up until the end and much fun was had by all.

This time we had children from age 3 to 17 with us and it was so lovely to watch them all playing together again. Rugby, rounders, card games and cricket, much better than being stuck indoors.

A lovely day out at Poole park for the group yesterday... Nothing better than cooling off with an ice cream on a hot day. Lots of fun exploring the new play parks and feeding the goslings too 🐥
